Requirements:
🌻 Undergraduate degree with any business-related courses
🌻 Japanese Bilingual: certified or legitimate N3.
🌻 Have experience in an admin task role in IT, outsourcing, or the shared services industry is advantage but not required

Responsibilities:
✨ An individual who can understand (read, speak, and listen) Japanese and has customer service skills.
✨ Directly support our global offices in receipt of client records. Perform predefined quality reviews of records.
✨ Process records that meet requirements and reach out to individuals.
✨ Where errors or missing
