Requirements:
🍄 Graduate or Undergraduate are welcome to apply
🍄 Open to Fresh graduates
🍄 Oral and Written Communication Skills in both English and Japanese language
🍄 Native Japanese or non-Japanese who are proficient in using Japanese preferably with JLPT N3 certificate.
🍄 Analytical Skills
🍄 Administrative Skills
🍄 Office 365

Responsibilities:
1) PH arrival briefings
2) cultural briefings
3) company onboarding and orientation
4) housing and settling-in services
5) Case Management liaison to Japan team members and managers

As appropriate, coordinate/execute operations & deliverables. Promptly ascertain advice on next steps & take actions where relevant. Involve key stakeholders & domain experts in the deliberation process, seeking advisory from Corporate Mobility leads.
Familiarize with vendor assessments & share operational experiences with the respective leads
Administer the implementation & deployment of measurements for vendor programs, services, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and scope changes.
