This BPO has been servicing several numbers of clients including THE ICONIC BRAND for street wear. The company is supporting the fans and customers of this leading luxury street wear brand. Known to be expensive and luxurious, many of its buyers are coming from different countries.

Position: Japanese Online Shopping Customer Care CSR (clothing line) / 3 months project - based (Full time employment)

Salary: Php 75,000
Work Schedule: Rotational Schedule (6 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM, 9 PM)
Work Set-up: work from home


Requirements:
Japanese Level 1 or 2
Native Japanese preferably with 13A visa
Excellent English communication skills
Preferably with stable internet connection at home
Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)

Responsibilities:
Handle English and Japanese phone calls, chats and emails from customers of luxury clothing brand
Attend to inquiries about payment modes via online shopping
Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
