Position: Japanese Order Fulfilment Analyst
Industry: Shared Service
Salary: Php 70,000- Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirement:
🌿 JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level (No Certification required)
🌿 Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
🌿 Experience in customer service
🌿 Good communication skills.
🌿 Willing to work onsite in Makati City
Responsibilities:
🐣 Responsible in process channel orders from distributors, direct resellers, and carriers
🐣 Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
🐣 Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing Purchase orders and quotes
🐣 Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and correct status before each order status
🐣 Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
🐣 Accountable for the forecast accuracy metrics.
🐣 Understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand drivers can have on demand.
🐣 Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the business process for the efficiency of the operations.
