A PAGCOR licensed company. To provide support for information technology and customer service to the WORLD’S LARGEST ONLINE BETTING COMPANY. They have markets in Asian and European Countries. They support betting in the following – SPORTS, CASINO, GAMES, RACING, FINANCIALS AND POKERS.
Position: Japanese Customer Service Care
Industry: BPO/Online Gaming Industry
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
🎗️ JLPT N1 or N3 Passer / Level (No Certificate Required)
🎗️ Experience in bilingual customer service, translation, or studies in language related schools has an advantage
🎗️ Willing to work night or morning shifts
Responsibilities:
🎉 To address customers’ questions about products and services by answering questions and responding to complaints or concerns through email, phone, and a-live clients.
🎉 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
🎉 Keep records or reports of customer’s interactions, process, and concerns.
🎉 Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or head of the department.
