Position: Japanese Inbound Sales Representative
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 gross (Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
💁🏻‍♀️ Open to JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level (No Certificate Required)
💁🏻‍♀️ Working in a Japanese company and/or BPO industry is an advantage as well.
💁🏻‍♀️ Familiarity with accounting procedures
💁🏻‍♀️ Keen attention to detail and an ability to spot errors
💁🏻‍♀️ Excellent writing skills, especially in the Japanese language setting
💁🏻‍♀️ Strong analytical and organizational skills
💁🏻‍♀️ Graduate or Undergraduate are welcome to apply
💁🏻‍♀️ Have experience in Sales/Telesales or any kind of sales is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
➡️ Negotiate with suppliers and regularly monitor to ensure we get the best rates.
➡️ Product creation, marketing strategy, and product advertisement
➡️ Planning and making quotation
➡️ Customer support and Sales Support
➡️ Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals with all hotels
➡️ Address and resolve any standard or service level issues with suppliers
➡️ Monitor room production closely and collaborate with all relevant parties to stimulate booking, room, room night, and revenue growth.
➡️ Identify new products that are in line with room nights and sales requirements.
➡️ Comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and processes can help
➡️ To contract more efficiently and effectively.
➡️ Outbound Sales Experience is a plus, but not required
