Requirements:
🍓 Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
🍓 Open to graduate, undergraduate, High School graduate
🍓 Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
🍓 English or Tagalog communication skill

Responsibilities:
🔥 Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat General customer support
🔥 Inform customers about new features and functionalities
🔥 B2B support for payment operations
🔥 Other Duties as Assigned
