Position: Japanese Travel Consultant
Industry: Largest air services provider
Account: Airline
Salary: Php 70,000 above
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
🟡Filipino can speak in both Japanese and English effectively
🟡Open for Japanese N2 level and above
🟡Open for graduate and undergraduate
🟡With BPO or CSR experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
🟣Responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling information inquiries, flight reservations, ticketing
🟣Receive customers inquiries through phone calls, emails or chat regarding their questions, resolve issues with delayed and cancelled flights
🟣You also solve problems regarding flight booking, flight changes, and other inquiries.
