Position: Japanese Sales OPS Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Mandaluyong/Taguig City
Salary offer: Negotiable
Working Schedule: Shifting or Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement | Return to Office
Requirements:
🟠Open to Native Japanese
🟠JLPT N1-N3 Passer or Level
🟠Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any course
🟠At least 5-8 years experience in Finance and Accounting or HR
🟠Must have experience in Team Lead role for more than 1 year
🟠Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
🟠Experience in BPO company is an advantage but not required
🟠Goal-oriented individual with strong time and task management.
Responsibilities:
🔵Supervise or coordinate with staff to identify, assess and resolve the issues/problems.
🔵Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
🔵Help create and execute low to medium complexity workplans
🔵Interact confidently with senior leadership within sphere of responsibility
🔵Provide input into the creation of operational processes
