Position: Norwegian IT Support Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
❍ Open for any Foreign nationals who can speak, read and write Norwegian language
❍ Can Communicate Conversational in English
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application is plus
❍ Open to applicants located abroad
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a big advantage but not required

Requirements:
❍ Provide technical support for remote users and remote offices.
❍ Advising clients on possible solutions.
❍ Maintaining records of software licenses.
❍ Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of the problems they are encountering
