Position: Spanish Customer Service Support (Travel Account)
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: up to PHP 70,000 gross
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite

Requirements:
🟠 Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
🟠 Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
🟠 Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
🟠 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
🟠 Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
🟠 At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality/travel account.

Responsibilities:
🟠 Providing advice on travel-related topics such as passports, visas
🟠 Booking airline tickets, cruises, rental cars, hotels, and other accommodations
🟠 Creating detailed itineraries for each trip based on the clients’ interests and needs
🟠 Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone)
