Position: Japanese Helpdesk Manager
Industry: Japanese IT Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - 90,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (8AM – 5PM, M-F)
Work set-up: Onsite
Requirement:
🔈 Bachelor’s degree in any courses
🔈 JLPT N1 - N2 Passer
🔈 with people management skills - handling more than 5 team members is advantage
🔈 well-versed in communicating with Japanese clients
🔈 with project management skills - highly experienced
🔈 Willing to work in Cebu
Responsibilities:
♨️ Mainly handling a 5 members
