Position: Japanese Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Shared Services Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000
Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Work set-up: Hybrid Set-up


Requirements:
• Can speak read and write Japanese Language (N1 to N2 Passer)
• Open for Filipino and Japanese Nationals
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in an international environment
• Good command of English and Japanese to communicate with local candidates (Writing, Reading,
Speaking and Listening skills are required for this role)
• Knowledge of labour market, recruiting tools and talent strategies

Responsibilities:
• Advance talent sourcing and pipelining.
• Lead recruiting processes for selected positions.
• Vendor management.
• Be part of area and global projects& deployment & practices sharing.
• Assure compliance & ethics of provided solutions.
