Position: Norwegian Technical Service Desk (PHP 90,000 + Hybrid Set-up)
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
👉 Filipino national who can speak, read, and write Norwegian and English language fluently
👉 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
👉 Excellent technical and computer skills
👉 BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
👉 Served as point of contact for end users to report problems
👉 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
👉 Handling incoming queries and resolving customer issues
👉 Perform other related tasks
