Position: Telesales Staff
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 15,000-Php20,000
Schedule: 11am to 8pm, 2 days off
Work Set up: On-site

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree holder
✨Open for fresh graduates.
✨Work experience as Sales Associate/Telemarketer/CSR is an advantage
✨Amenable to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:
✨Deal with client complaints, offer suitable remedies and substitutes in a timely manner.
✨Respond quickly to questions from clients
✨Use a variety of avenues to reach out to customers.
✨Resolving issues and performing simple technical troubleshooting
✨Help customers with deposits and withdrawals
✨Manage particular transactions
✨Other task as assigned.
