Job Requirements:
✨Open for undergraduates.
✨At least 2 years of QA experience
✨Working with B2B Campaigns is a big advantage

Job Descriptions:
✨Closely collaborate with Quality leaders to compile, rank, and communicate the concerns affecting the correctness of decisions.
✨Encourage all facets of internal audit quality.
✨Finish all audits within the allotted time, and give agents timely, actionable feedback.
✨Work together with the Team Lead and Quality Lead.
✨Identify operational guidelines and policy sections that require training.
✨Acquire and maintain understanding of the client's products and local norms.
✨Train newly hired Quality Analysts.
✨Create process documentation and compile user comments regarding audit tool functionality.
