Position: BPO Trainer

Salary: Php Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Hybrid
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree holder
✨At least 2 years of BPO Training experience
Job Descriptions:
✨Responsible for creating, cultivating, and preserving connections with customers
✨Convert needs into comprehensive plans.
✨Work together with clients to develop and uphold timetables and strategies.
✨Collaborate with the lead on the course-level delivery strategy.
✨Assist the Lead in developing course delivery budgets and associated tuition rates.
✨Assist the lead in the process of delivery planning
✨ Keep an eye on the setup of the session and schedule its logistics.
✨Coordinate with the lead and client to discuss, escalate, and resolve program, course, and training session concerns.
✨ Provides session evaluation reports and suggestions for ongoing enhancements.
