Job Requirements:
✨Open for undergraduate candidates
✨At least 3 years of experience working in BPO Industry
✨At least 1 year of supervisory role experience

Job Descriptions:
✨Build a cohesive team; spot anomalies and oversee the group's performance to consistently meet KPIs.
✨Overseeing daily operations.
✨Ensure that agents comprehend and follow the quarterly plan in addition to the weekly and monthly priorities.
✨Enable proper prioritization, proactively communicate current bottlenecks and difficulties with quantifiable impact on operations.
✨Able to succinctly describe the market's existing performance drivers and improvement initiatives.
