Position: French Help Desk Technician Tier 1

Salary: PHP 80,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirement:
❍ Proficient in French and English Language
❍ At least 1 year experience in Customer Service is a big advantage
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
Responsibilities:
❍ Prepare complete and accurate report on the issues received
❍ Providing end-user tech support via call, email, or chat
❍ Troubleshooting technical issues
❍ Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
❍ User account management
