Position: Mandarin Customer Service Associate

Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
🔵 Preferably Filipino national fluent in Mandarin and English
🔵 Open to native Mandarin speakers with permanent resident visa in the Philippines
🔵 Open to graduate and undergraduate
🔵 Preferably with Customer Service experience
🔵 Good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations
🔵 Willing to work on a shifting schedule
🔵 Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
🔵 Answering inquiries via phone, email and chat support
🔵 Assisting customer regarding their concerns and inquiries
🔵 Giving detailed explanations of services or products
🔵 Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
