➤Position: Spanish Helpdesk Support (Car Towing Account)
➤Industry: BPO Company
➤Location: Davao del Sur
➤Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross
➤Schedule: Shifting Schedule
➤Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
➤Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
➤Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Support
➤Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Responsibilities:
➤Answer calls about car towing emergencies
➤Asking customers about their current location
➤Providing rates of towing cards depending on location
➤Asking customers about vehicle type, color, information, and current status
➤Help customers schedule the pick up of the car for towing Provide Services
