Client Profile: Well- known manufacturing company that produces machines for aerospace, agriculture, constructions, mining machine and production machines are created since mid- 1950’ s in Japan. The company produce and distribute their products around the world and the main distributor of Asian machines supplies are from the Philippines ranch.
Position: Company Nurse
Company Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Laguna
Salary Offer: Php17,000 – Php30,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Set Up: Onsite
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
✨With experience working as a company Nurse in a manufacturing company is an advantage
✨With S.O. training certificate is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
✨Create and carry out safety and health initiatives.
✨Treat patients in an emergency situation at work.
✨Give staff members over-the-counter medication.
✨Establish a tidy and welcoming sickbay space.
✨Encourage wellness initiatives and a healthy diet.
✨Keep track of all employee illnesses and injuries, and maintain the privacy of this data.
✨Enhance staff health with ongoing initiatives and wellness examinations.
✨Create plans to guarantee the most amount of work input from employees.
✨Maintain regular communication with the management team.
