The business has been operating in the market since 2015 and has been expanding to the Philippines for over 5 years. They are renowned for their prompt, efficient delivery and round-the-clock customer support.
Position: Legal Manager
Industry: Logistics express delivery
Location: Dagupan, Pangasinan
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
💥 Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal management or any related courses
💥 With at least 5 years of experience as Legal Supervisor or equivalent
💥 Expertise in Employee Relations and litigation
💥 Leadership and industry certifications will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
💥 Provide legal assistance to Human resources team for employment matters and contract drafting for employment and other relating matters.
💥 To act as an owner of company’s IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations & renewals).
💥 Prepare & coordinate with HQ Legal on notices to clients, employees, filing of legal or civil case against erring employees.
💥 Coordination with HQ Legal / liaison to Local Government agencies.
💥 Provide Counsel and Assistance to other Departments for business and employment compliances
💥 Contractual, legal and regulatory obligations; and
💥 Provide Counsel, Assistance and Support in creation of structures and environment for ethical and legal compliances and support enforcement of HQ compliance policies that are applicable across regions
