Position: French Admin Warehouse Coordinator
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Midnight/Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM, 10 PM - 7 AM or 11 PM - 8 AM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Admin Warehouse Staff
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining

Requirements:
📌 Open to Foreign National who have valid tourist visas here in the Philippines
📌 Filipino National who can speak, read, and write French
📌 Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or any related courses
📌 At least 2 years and above of experience in Warehouse Administration, Logistic/Supply Chain, Transportation Management or Inventory
📌 Experience in working with Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Transportation, Shared Services, and other relevant B2B Marketing Industries is a big advantage
📌 Knowledgeable in using Logistics Software - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP in Logistics and warehousing
📌 Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
📌 Must be willing to work in a Nightshift

Responsibilities;
📌 Maintain required records and documents for warehouse operations
📌 Enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse
📌 Collaborate with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third parties to execute the monthly plan promptly
📌 Provide customer service in executing logistics contracts
📌 Ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
📌 Organizing the daily operations of the warehouse
📌 Providing administrative and customer service support
📌 Perform other related duties as assigned
