Position: French Help Desk Specialist (Customer Service or Sales background)

Requirements:
➤ Proficient in French language both verbal and written
➤ Open for Native French National with Permanent residence visa
➤ Filipino Nationals can speak, read and write French language
➤ Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
➤ At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
➤ With Customer Service or Sales background

Responsibilities:
➤ Addressing transactions and requests, providing assistance as well as details via phone, web, email, chat, and social media platforms.
➤ Analyse the accounts of customers and make any modifications that are necessary.
➤ Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
➤ Responsible to handle basic troubleshooting by the customers concerns
➤ Perform other related tasks
