Position: Mandarin Help Desk Associate
Location: Cebu City

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 40,000 to Php 50,000
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Handle inquiries/incident reports coming from clients in both Mandarin and English via phone, email, chat, etc. in accordance with existing processes and guidelines.
✅Record details of inquiries and ensure the information is reflected in the system.
✅Translate inquiries from Mandarin and English and vice versa, and escalate as needed
✅Maintain the knowledge base and keep it organized for future use.
✅Create reports on weekly/monthly help desk performance.
✅Analyze relevant data and initiate process improvements in problem areas.

Requirements of Job Application:
✅Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin (HSK 4-6)
✅Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any related field.
✅Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅With HSK certificate is a big plus.
