Position: Spanish Customer Service Support
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off
Work set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
💙 Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written
💙 Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
💙 At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
💙 With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage
💙 Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
💙 Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
Responsibilities:
💙 Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
💙 Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
💙 Analyze and resolve problems received from the customer
💙 Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
💙 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
💙 Perform other related tasks needed
