Position: Mandarin Sales Account Manager
Type of job: Emails and Calls Job
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Set-up: Work On-site
Requirements of Job Application:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅Open to Bachelor's graduates and undergraduates of any courses.
✅BPO and Sales experience is a big advantage
✅Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅Can work in a shifting schedule.
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Assist in pre sales inquiries regarding Software products.
✅Responsible for processing customer orders.
✅Providing and receiving information.
✅Assist customers via inbound calls and outbound calls for selling basic products and services.
✅Route customers to other teams who can best address their queries
✅Retain customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions
✅Assist in canceling subscriptions if customers cannot be retained
✅Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
✅Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
