Position: Polish Technical Applications Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
➤Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
➤Fluent in both Polish and English
➤At least 1-year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
➤Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
➤Amenable to work in shifting schedule
➤Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
➤Responsible in providing technical support in developing applications
➤Escalate developer concerns to the next level
➤Troubleshoot technical inquiries
➤Explaining the procedure on how the applications were developed
➤ Perform other related tasks
