Position: Polish Technical Applications Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
📌 Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
📌 Fluent in both Polish and English
📌 At least 1-year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
📌 Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
📌 Amenable to work in shifting schedule
📌 Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
📌 Responsible in providing technical support in developing applications
📌 Escalate developer concerns to the next level
📌 Troubleshoot technical inquiries
📌 Explaining the procedure on how the applications were developed
📌 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
📌 Perform other related tasks
