Position: Spanish Online Payment Account (PHP 75,000 + Start date ASAP)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ayala, Makati City
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting/Nighshift
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
📌 Preferably a Filipino who can speak Spanish and English.
📌 Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines.
📌 At least 6 months experience of Customer Service in a BPO Company
📌 Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
📌 Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati
Responsibilities:
📌 Providing customers service through phone and/or online customer service (e.g., email, instant messaging).
📌Respond to consumer questions and handle straightforward support problems, like processing orders, processing address changes, handling warranties, and billing/payment.
📌 Addressing client inquiries about their reloadable and gift cards. Answer basic card questions and, if necessary, open cases regarding customer and card issues
📌 Handle all incoming calls for bank account related concerns, fund transfers, banking application support, etc
📌 Provide customer service satisfaction at all times while keeping customer information strictly confidential
📌 Perform other related tasks if needed.
