Position: Italian Credit and Collections Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (Might work during holidays)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
💙 Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
💙 Open for Filipino National who can speak, read, and write Italian
💙 Bachelor’s Degree holder
💙 Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
💙 Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
💙 Willing to work onsite
💙 Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
💙 Monitor accounts on a daily basis
💙 Identify outstanding account receivables
💙 Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
💙 Process payments and refunds
💙 Resolve billing issues
💙 Resolve customer credit issues
💙 Update account status records
