Position: Mandarin HR Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Setup: Hybrid Set up
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
✅ 1-2 years experience in Human Resource/Employee Administration field
✅ Proficiency in using both Mandarin and English language
✅ Ideally work experience in different HR roles with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
✅ Implement back-end processes around employee onboarding, recruitment, general employee data management, employee termination, etc. Comply with data quality standards and meet defined Service Level Agreements
✅ Following the company's selected countries Deployment Roadmap regarding Employee Central and ensure high quality service and preparation from day one for each new incoming country.
✅ Handling the implementation of all related processes, constantly striving for enhancement.
✅ Responsible for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements, regulations and the respective legal entity company agreement.
✅ Coordinating onboarding plans and orientation of newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
✅ Communicating with respective local HRBP to ensure operational excellence and providing reliable reports and data to HR managers and higher ups when needed.
