Requirements of the Job:
✅Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
✅IT experience is a plus (MS Products, Networks, etc.) is a big plus
✅Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities of Job Application:
✅1st level support in resolving 70% of inquiries of the customers.
✅Providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email chat, and web.
✅Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principles.
✅Record the trend of calls and recognize outages proactively.
✅Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
✅Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.
