Requirements of the Job:
✅ Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English language
✅ Graduate of Political Science/Legal Management/Social Science.
✅ At least 3-6 years of relevant working experience as a Contract Specialist.
✅ Has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
✅ Working experience or extensive knowledge in contracts and commercial/business law.

Responsibilities:
✅ Act as a middleman between the Legal Department in HQ Europe and the Business Development speaking Department.
✅ Act as the main contact person for Chinese customers in their concerns about contracts.
✅ Use English and Mandarin language to communicate with internal and external customers.
✅ Archiving customer and supplier contracts into our Contract Management System
✅ Providing contracts and contractual information from the Contract Management System to the business and the management
