Company Profile: This is a global Information Technology and Contact Center in the Philippines. Based in Canada, This firm expanded in the Philippines and currently in need of foreign language speakers such as Swedish, German, Polish, Latvian and other foreign languages
Position: Swedish Technical Support Representative
Industry: BPO/IT Company
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 85,000
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
❍ Proficient in Swedish and English Language
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application
❍ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
❍ BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
❍ Assist Swedish customers with their concern about a specific account
❍ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers who is using the product
❍ Attend to inquiries of customers about the computer’s Concerns
❍ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
❍ Perform other related tasks
