Position: Italian Credit and Collections Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (Might work during holidays)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
➤Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
➤Open for Filipino National who can speak, read, and write Italian
➤Bachelor’s Degree holder
➤Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
➤Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
➤Willing to work onsite
➤Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
➤In charge of maintaining records of all interactions, purchases, remarks, and grievances from customers.
➤Handle refunds and payments and to maintain the client's online account and record.
➤Give the client the financial information they require.
➤Examine outstanding bills and send a notice for collection.
➤Corresponding and arranging with coworkers as required
➤Perform other related task
