Company Profile: This is a global Information Technology and Contact Center in the Philippines. Based in Canada, This firm expanded in the Philippines and currently in need of foreign language speakers such as Swedish, German, Polish, Latvian and other foreign language
Position: Swedish Service Desk Support
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting/Rotational Shift bust mostly Swedish office hours
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
💙 Proficient in Swedish Language and basic English
💙 Open to Filipino who speaks Swedish or Swedish National
💙 Graduate or undergraduate of college (open to Highschool graduate)
💙 Knowledgeable in Computer application
💙 Has basic knowledge in Customer Services and BPO set up
💙 Interested in assisting Swedish customers about their concerns in their newly bought gadgets or software.
💙 Willing to undergo training for customers and answer most common questions professionally
Responsibilities:
💙 Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
💙 Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
💙 Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
💙 Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
💙 Perform other related tasks
