Position: Japanese Customer Order Fulfilment

Salary: Php 50,000- Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirement:
✏️ Open to JLPT N2, N3 Passer
✏️ Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
✏️ Experience in customer service or related job is a big advantage but not required.
✏️ Excellent communication skills.
✏️ Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Responsibilities:
▶️ Responsible in process channel orders from distributors, direct resellers, and carriers
▶️ Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
▶️ Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing Purchase orders and quotes
▶️ Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and correct status before each order status
▶️ Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports
▶️ Accountable for the forecast accuracy metrics.
▶️ Understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand drivers can have on demand.
▶️ Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the business process for the efficiency of the operations.
