✔ Korean National proficient in English
✔ Presently living in the Philippines
✔ Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
✔ With customer service experience is a big advantage
✔ Willing to work in Makati City
✔ Willing to work onsite (Office based)

Responsibilities:
✔ Provide assistance with clients’ concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
✔ Proper escalation of client’s concerns and queries.
✔ Presenting products to the client’s and ensuring to increase the sales revenue.
✔ Build sustainable relationship to clients
✔ Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.
