Position: Japanese Digital Assistant
Industry: BPO Company/Law Firm
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000
Schedule: Shifting (Rotational/Have graveyard shift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
💌 Filipino proficient in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
💌 JLPT N1 - N2 Passer
💌 Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Any Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
💌 Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
💌 Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
💌 Produces, re-creates, edits and layouts business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
💌 Translates content from Kanji to English and vice versa.
💌 Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error free
💌 Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
💌 Communicates with clients if there are clarifications about their request
