Position: Cantonese Technical Support Specialist
Type of Job: Technical Support
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Taguig City, Quezon City, Mandaluyong (Depends on the company)
Schedule: Dayshift | Should be open for Shifting Schedule as well if needed
Industry: Global Contact Center | BPO Company
Responsibilities:
✅Provides the first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems
✅Write technical support emails in response to developers’ questions about how to develop applications for smart devices.
✅Some of these questions will be about the basic procedures, some will be more technical about interacting with our API.
✅Escalate developer queries to the next level of support.
Requirements:
✅Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
✅Fluent in English and Cantonese
✅Very strong, effective written and oral communication skills
✅Minimum of 2-3 years experience in tech support, support engineering, or developer support role preferred
✅Knowledge of Android OS and Mac OS is a plus
✅Hands-on development skills with JavaScript, JSON, Nodejs experience are a must
✅Great attention to detail
✅Excellent soft skills and customer service skills
✅A team player with a positive attitude and people skills
✅Must be able to context-switch and manage multiple partners in parallel across various implementation stages
✅Experience in analyses, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management
✅Good command of basic internet and database technologies
