Position: Mandarin Customer Relations Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pampanga City
Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements of Job Application:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Quoting and answering emails is fast-paced.
✅Open to daily communication in a group shared email.
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Inbound RFQ email comes inbound to group email
✅Lookup customer, part, and access
✅Enter part from RFQ online to verify SKU
✅Enter part (with normalized notation) into system to understand availability, cost, and quote history
✅Search ‘Master Available’ excel file to double check source, quantity available, and price
✅Search email with normalized SKU for recent quote history Then Provide a Quote

✅Initial Interview
✅Language Assessment
✅Final Interview
