Information support is not limited to business support systems. The company also handles communications, technology, retail, financial services, government markets and healthcare.
Position: Portuguese Technical Support
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Eton, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Proficient in Portuguese and English Language
✅Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
✅At least 1 year of experience in Tech experience is Required
✅Knowledgeable in Computer application
✅Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
✅Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✅Amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Respponsible for giving assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
✅Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
✅Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
✅Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
✅Perform other related tasks needed
