This Company specialises in design services, providing comprehensive digital and analog LSI design solutions that encompass both upstream and downstream processes.
Position: Japanese General Affairs Staff
Industry: IT industry
Location: BGC, Philippines
Salary: 80,000-100,000 pesos Gross (Depending on skills and experience)
Working schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Philippine holidays
Requirements:
✔️Open for Japanese National
✔️Proficiency in the English language
✔️Capable of managing phone communications, emails, negotiations, and scheduling appointments in English.
✔️Experience in General Affairs (GA) is advantageous.
✔️Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Philippines.
✔️While overseas applicants will also be considered, final interviews will be conducted in person.
✔️Candidates of half Japanese and Filipino are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the necessary qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
✔️Responsible in managing the attendance of Filipino staff
✔️Facilitating schedule coordination with Japanese managers
✔️Arranging appointment bookings with relevant companies and organizations
Recruitment Process：

✔️First-round interview with a manager
✔️Second-round interview with the president (Face to face Interview)
