Position: Japanese Luxury Car Helpdesk (Insurance Line)
Industry: Shared Service Company (German Car)
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 50,000- Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 am - 7:00 pm) Fixed DayShift
Work set-up: Onsite in Cebu headquarters
Requirements:
✔️Filipino who speak Japanese language
✔️Can speak conversational english because co workers are Filipino
✔️Degree holder of any course
✔️No JLPT required
✔️Open to JLPT N1, n2, N3 Passer or Level (No JLPT Certificate Required)
✔️Conversational level of Japanese language proficiency: reading, writing, speaking, listening
✔️Knowledge of MS Office applications.
✔️Having background in car is an advantage
✔️Previous work in automotive industry is a huge advantage
✔️Willing to undergo training and orientation
✔️Customer Support background is a BIG PLUS
Responsibilities:
✔️Assist Japanese clients regarding the policies covered by insurance
✔️Collecting information such as car mode, plate number and cause of damages, reason for filing insurance and documents required
✔️Discuss the amount coverage based on policy availed by customer
✔️Check if the vehicle is under the insurance timeline
✔️Explain to Japanese customers the approval of insurance coverage
✔️Submit the documents of customer to approving team for approval
✔️Guide customers on how to file and receive their insurance amount
✔️Collects documents and release claims once approved
✔️Provide great assistance to Japanese customers about their insurance
