Requirements:
☑️ Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management, preferably with specialized training in butler services, household management or any related course.
☑️ Proficiency in English and Mandarin language.
☑️ With at least 5 years of experience as a Butler or in a related role in high-end service environments such as luxury hotels, private clubs, or diplomatic residences.
☑️ Flexibility to travel within the country or abroad as required
☑️ Capability to manage a physically strenuous workload, such as standing for long periods and lifting objects for event setups or travel arrangements.
☑️ A high degree of confidentiality, flawless etiquette, and an outward appearance
☑️ Preferably Malaysian, Taiwanese, Indonesian, Hongkong and Singaporean national.

Responsibilities:
☑️ Supervise the daily activities at the residences, making sure that all housekeeping, maintenance, and management tasks are carried out perfectly.
☑️ Managing executive calendars, meetings, and emails while maintaining privacy and accuracy in all interactions.
☑️ Supervise household members in the household, manage their duties, and ensure they meet the service expectations of a luxury home.
☑️ In charge of facilitating communication and interactions between executives and business contacts, handling situations with professionalism and confidentiality, and reporting on operations to the Head Butler.
☑️ Organize and oversee upscale events, dinners, and social occasions, guaranteeing a flawless experience for attendees and compliance with top-tier levels of luxury and manners.
☑️ Give individual support to executive and their families, such as managing wardrobes, shopping, organizing trips, and planning meals.
