Position: Japanese Metal Press Engineering
Location: Rosario, Cavite

Salary: Php 30,000 - 40,000
Schedule: Fixed day schedule (8am to 5pm)

Requirements:
💓Open to JLPT N3 Passer or Level
💓Experienced in quality control (preferably press related)
💓Open to College Level and Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Engineering
💓With good leadership abilities and communication skills
💓Understand basic parts and function of mold

Responsibilities:
🎯Perform press mold die repair and maintenance
🎯 Perform quality check of product running in manufacturing such as appearance and dimensional aspect
🎯 Perform start-up and shutdown of machine and all accessories in production section
🎯 Trouble shoot, analyze problem in process, mold, machine and accessories
🎯 Maintain all equipment, tools and accessories in good condition
🎯 Perform and participate in 5S activities of the company
🎯 Participate and suggest to find ways of improvement such as reducing waste and increasing efficiency
🎯 Works with Press & Maintenance Section to manage product requirements and improvement
🎯● Determine and investigate the cause of production trouble or abnormality and means to solve and eliminate them
🎯Ensure effective communication within the Section
🎯 Work closely with section heads and internal departments in finding ways to improve process and increase machine reliability and performance
🎯 Ensuring that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately accomplished, and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily provided as needed.
