Position: Japanese Email and Chat Support (Non-voice)
Location: Taguig City
Industry: BPO/Offshore Company
Salary: Php 30,000 - 35,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift & Mid Shift
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
👉🏼 Have good attendance and willing to work on shifting schedule even during weekends and holidays
👉🏼 Have at least JLPT N3 Certificate (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
👉🏼 Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
👉🏼 Accurate keyboard skills and can enter Japanese characters accurately
👉🏼 Can read and understand business Japanese
Responsibilities:
👉🏼 Takes emails and chats from customers
👉🏼 Encode data from various documents into computer system for storage, processing and
data management purposes.
👉🏼 Document processing and sending fax when needed
👉🏼 Monitors updates on service subscription and document reissuance requests
👉🏼 Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data
👉🏼 Processing of reward points issuance requests
👉🏼 Protects the Clients and Operations by keeping the information confidential
👉🏼 Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
