Position: Mandarin Payroll Team Lead
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Temporary Work From Home)
Schedule: Dayshift
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: Php 110,000 -Php 120,000
Benefits: Government Mandated Benefits, 13 month pay, HMO Cards (3 dependents) and Allowances VPR (Company Bonus), Leave Credits, and visa processing, Free Meals once onsite

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin and excellent communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resource, accounting, and finance-related courses
• Must have at least 3 years experience in China Payroll related experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management of payroll in line with the group-wide HR service delivery model.
• Providing support to countries using the Mandarin language.
• Responsible for developing the department: solving operational or strategic problems, process analysis, strategy, budget, and efficiency drive. Additionally, covering the accounting side of payroll: bookkeeping, year-end activities such as accruals, fast close.
• Accountable for driving operational excellence within the Payroll teams for the execution of all related end to end processes for compliance
• Ensure the payroll cycle transactions are processed accurately and timely; payout and calculation of pay, loans, taxes, and social insurance in a quickly changing legal environment. Also covering inputs / ex-pats.
